The house consists of three bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a mumtee, and two kitchens.

Ravi sand (ریت), which is commonly used in construction, is available in 27 rupees per cubic ft., and the required sand is 3,150 cubic ft. that means the cost of Ravi sand will be 85,050.
The Chenab sand(پلاسٹر) is better in quality, and the rates are higher than the Ravi sand. During the construction of the house, 700 cubic feet of sand is required, and it costs 40 rupees per cubic ft. Therefore the total price of sand Chenab will be 28,000.
The house crush and gravel (بجری) is required for floors and throughout the house. Margalla gravel is mostly used to ensure top-notch quality work, but Sargodha gravel can also be used in the foundation.
Margalla Bajri(لینٹر)/gravel is used mostly in the roof construction and in lintel (Lenters in common terms). The required amount is 900 cubic feet, and the price per cubic foot is 92 rupees. Therefore the total price will be 82,800 PKR.
Sargodha Bajri(بجری) is used on floors of the house required amount is 600 cubic feet, and the price per cubic foot is 72 rupees. So the total price will be 43,200. Rori used in the construction will cost around 35,000 approx.
Cement, Rebar & Kassu:
Cost of Kassu, rebar/sarya & Cement: 1,039, 125
Grey structure strength is ensured by cement, Rebar (سریا), and Kassu. Are you wondering what Kassu is? Kassu is a mixture of clay and sand (rait aur mitti), and it is used for plot and earth filling. According to a rough estimate, it will cost around 60,000 overall. Cement is the primary construction item, and the rates of cement bags differ according to brands.
The required amount of cement bags is 525, and one cement bag is available in 745 rupees. Therefore the total cost of cement bags will be 391,125 rupees. The prices of cement bags slightly differ due to brands.
Rebar, or what we commonly known as Sarya, is required in 3 tons. The quality of Sarya required is 60-grade, and the price per kg is 196 rupees. Therefore the total price of Rebar required is 588,000.
Wiring and plumbing work:
The total cost of plumbing and electric work: 225,000/-
Every house requires plumbing and electric work related to water, gas, electricity, sewerage, and drainage system. It works as a conduit that runs all over the house where you need gas, water and electricity. Approximately 150, 000 are required in the house plumbing, and around 75,000 are required in wiring.
Grills, gate & Chougat steel:
The total cost of grill, gate and Chougat steel: 235,200/-
The grey construction of 5 Marla house requires steel on various steps; for instance, it will be required while installing door and window frames. According to the estimate, Chougat steel will cost around 72,000 rupees.
The safety grills on windows will require 16-gauge grills that cost 79,200 rupees & 84,000 rupees for a 16 or 18 gauge steel gate.
Miscellaneous Costs:
Total miscellaneous cost: 123,000/-
Among other costs of the house include water storage tank. A water tank using bricks and cement can cost around 16,000.
Controlling termite infestation is also necessary, and it will require 25,000 rupees. Meanwhile, the waterproofing of the house requires 82,000.
