For example, Sector G is divided into 12 numbers from G-5 to G-17, while sector D is divided into seven numerical divisions. The same division goes for all classifications.
- The oldest sector of Islamabad are E, F and G, and then H and I sectors were developed. The allotted alphabets are meaningless as the division stands for certain development standards. For instance, sector G was designed for government employees of the Federal and affordable sector for the middle class. Likewise, sector F covers most embassies and High-class foreigners living in the area; therefore, it was an expensive and most-well developed area of the city.

Let’s wrap it up:
Islamabad real estate is a promising revenue-generating market of Pakistan. The rates of real estate in Islamabad are greater than in other cities around the country. In many sectors, the prices have already reached their maximum limit and are out of reach of common people.
However, CDA is developing new sectors rapidly, and other approved housing societies also provide investment opportunities to buyers. These sectors and housing schemes are not much expensive for now but have the potential to be highly revenue-generating in the future.
Among these newly developing sectors, B-17, D-12 and E-18 are the most promising sectors for investment in real estate in Islamabad with the prospect of ROI (Return on Investments). During last year, the value of properties in these sectors has doubled, and it is forecasted to increase further.
Apart from these, Sector G-13 and G-14 are located at the junction of twin cities and have easy access to developing housing societies. Both sectors are considered profitable areas to invest in plots or houses for sale in Islamabad.
