How to apply for Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme (NPHP)?

Eligibility Criteria for Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme:

• Anyone can apply for Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme after submitting 250 Rs with the form.
• Only one person from the family can apply, i.e., either wife or husband.
• People with low income from ten thousand to twenty-five thousand approximately will be preferred.
• People who do not own any independent properties in Pakistan will be preferred.

How to apply for Naya Pakistan Housing program?

1. Visit National Database and Registration Authority’s E-Sahulat Center to get the form. Then fill it up and submit it. On the application, the applicant has to mention monthly gross income in the range from:

• Less than twenty thousand
• Twenty thousand to forty thousand
• Forty thousand to sixty thousand
• Sixty thousand to one Lac
• One Lac and above.

2. The second option is to register online by visiting the Naya Pakistan Housing Program website.

Procedure to apply online:

• The procedure of applying online is easy and straightforward. Click onto the Naya Pakistan Housing Program Online portal, and once you land on the page, you will be asked to click on Register Online Tab or Register at E-Sahulat. Click on the Register Online tab.
• Enter your Computerized National Identity Card number at the “Application Citizen Number” tab, write the captcha’s code carefully and click on the submit button.
• Now pay the registration fee of 250 Rupees through a Debit/Credit Card or easy paisa account. Be careful when you are paying through a Debit/Card System and ensure that you have a valid card for the payment.
• Fill out the necessary details of your Debit Card.
• Once the fee is paid, you will be redirected to the Naya Pakistan Housing Program registration form (NPHP).
• Please fill out the asked details on the form; it will include questions about applicants’ monthly income, employment details, and whether they own any property or not.
• The form will also consist of questions about whether the applicant has applied for any other government program.
• The applicant will be asked about which city they want to reside in and how many people will live in the house.

Tips to follow when applying for Naya Pakistan Housing Program:

• While filling out the form, make sure that no false information is given on the form. Wrong information can lead to the cancellation of the application.
• Mention the number of bedrooms and family members who are expected to stay in the house.
• Mention the maximum amount of installment you can pay easily per month. The amount can vary from five thousand to ten thousand.
• Once you submit the form, you will get an online registration receipt. Save the receipt, print it, and download it for the record. You can also forward the slip to your email address.
